We want you to be confident in the gear you buy from us. Below is our returns and exchanges policy for online and in-store purchases.

This page is for general information purposes only and may be updated as needed.

Return Eligibility

Most new, unused, and unworn items can be returned or exchanged within:

  • 14 days for online orders
  • 7 days for in-store purchases

Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and free of wear, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, or customization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom patches or personalized patch work
  • Patches sewn onto jackets, vests, or gear
  • Items that have been altered or modified
  • Helmets that show signs of wear (sizing must be checked in store)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Online Order Returns

To start a return for an online order:

  1. Email us at wilsonbikergear@outlook.com with your order number.
  2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return.
  3. You may ship the item back or return it in person.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made in store or by mail. If the replacement item has a price difference (such as size-based pricing), the customer will be charged or refunded the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refund Timing

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
